Riot

The Government want vapes packed and hidden like cigarettes. Help us stop them.

Don't dress the cure like the disease.

What's happened: on 10 July the Government opened a consultation proposing plain white packs for vapes, grey devices, one-word flavour names and tobacco-style hidden displays, in every shop in the UK.

Why it matters: we back protecting kids, and the measures that genuinely do that have our full support. But dress vaping like smoking and even more smokers will believe there's no point switching, even though the Government's own evidence says vaping is 95% less harmful. Meanwhile the law that actually protects children, the ban on selling vapes to under-18s, already exists. It just isn't being enforced.

Why now: the consultation closes at 11:59pm on 2 October 2026. After that, the decision gets made without you. Three actions below. Each takes minutes. Do all three.

Three ways to fight this. Do all three.
